Welcome to our eShop!

After placing your order you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. We will then contact you as soon as possible to update you on the details and preparation of your order. We are normally able to prepare orders for collection or delivery the next day but certain products (especially meat products) may require ordering at least 48 hours in advance.

Please contact us if you have any special requests or if you are not able to find a certain product.

Collection service
Your order can be prepared in advance and be ready for you to collect from either our shop in Prague 2, Prague 4 or Prague 6.

Delivery service
For orders in Prague and the surrounding area we are able to offer a delivery service. We deliver Monday to Friday 10.00 – 15.00. Delivery at other times can be arranged on request

We have no minimum order for our delivery service but for orders in Prague under 1000Kč there is a 100Kč delivery charge. Delivery to locations outside of Prague can be arranged by prior agreement.

Payment can either be made in cash on delivery or by credit card on the internet using our PayPal account.

Mail order (Czech Republic)
We are also able to send our products to addresses in the Czech Republic by post. Postage costs 180Kč and the parcel should arrive the next day depending on the location. Payment can either be made to the Post Office on delivery or by credit card on the internet using our PayPal account.

Meat packing instructions
When ordering meat products please specify any packing instructions in the comments box at the checkout. For example if you have ordered 3kg of beef mince that you would like to be packed in 500g packs please mention this in the comments box.

Prices include either 10 or 20% VAT.
